With this app, users can effortlessly manage their personal savings, current accounts, and business accounts. The primary objective of this application is to offer hassle-free money transfers to beneficiaries, ensuring 24/7 availability.

The Client

Indo Zambia Bank was established on 19th October 1984 by the collaborative efforts of the Government of the Republic of Zambia and the Government of India. The bank was founded with the aim of promoting banking facilities to support Zambia's economicdevelopment.

Bank provides various services for personal as well as corporate banking with the help of online banking with mobile applications. For businesses, IZB offers comprehensive corporate banking solutions, including working capital finance, trade finance, treasury services, foreign exchange, and cash management.

The Problem

The previous version of the application had limited banking features, resulting in a subpar customer experience. The user interface (UI) was not up to par, contributing to an overall unsatisfactory user experience.

The Solution

With the new and improved version of the application, we have addressed these limitations and introduced a plethora of enhanced features. The development process has become more efficient, allowing us to quickly implement changes and add new features to the application. Moreover, the updated designs and improved user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) have significantly enhanced the overall usability and appeal of the application, providing users with a seamless banking experience.
